三江口活力街区 | SJK NEIGHBORHOOD PARK

项目位于浙江绍兴诸暨市店口镇三江口村，三江口活力街区是村民每天生活的起点，希望成为三个自然村主要的村民和周边工人的活动场所，旨在以设计改善乡村公共空间。

The project is located in Sanjiangkou Village, Diankou Town, Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province. SJK Neighborhood Park is the starting point of the villagers' daily life. It hopes to become a place for the main villagers and surrounding workers in the three natural villages, and aims to improve the rural public space through design.

如今浙江一带的村庄几乎和中国一二线城市一样，进入了公共空间更新换代的时代，年轻人越来越多的离开了村子，活力街区作为一种公共性场域，希望吸引并留住年轻人并给所在的区域带来新的活力和机遇。

Nowadays, villages in Zhejiang are almost the same as first- and second-tier cities in China. They have entered an era of public space renewal. More and more young people are leaving the village. Vibrant neighborhoods are a public field, hoping to attract and retain young people And bring new vitality and opportunities to the region.

在设计过程中，经过大量采访和调研村民对于活力街区的使用需求，对乡村村落的社会现状及空间的使用方式进行了分析，得出相应结论，基于此给予了设计策略。

In the design process, after a large number of interviews and investigations on the needs of the villagers for the use of vital blocks, the social status of the rural villages and the use of space were analyzed, and corresponding conclusions were drawn. Based on this, a design strategy was given.

三江口活力街区主要由星级洗手间、景观篮球场以及水泵房的改造构成。

The vitality block of Sanjiangkou is mainly composed of star-rated toilets, landscape basketball courts and water pump rooms.

设计上利用场地现有的地势条件，将景观篮球场作为场地的最低处，台阶化解了高差成为看台和休息平台。

In the design, the existing topographical conditions of the venue are used, and the landscape basketball court is used as the lowest point of the venue. The steps resolve the height difference and become the stands and rest platforms.

设计中希望以一种“轻”的姿态来处理场地以及建筑的形态，于是星级洗手间作为覆土建筑，将阳光空气引入，同时保证洗手间的私密性，并增加了眺望台与对角线的水泵房改造的眺望台形成对望关系，成为景观性建筑。三江口活力街区也可以作为广场使用，为当地人提供公共集会的场所，也可举办音乐节、戏剧节等活动，形成公共交流。

The design hopes to use a "light" attitude to deal with the form of the site and the building, so the star toilets are used as earth-covered buildings to introduce sunlight and air, while ensuring the privacy of the toilets, and increasing the observatory and the diagonal The gazebo reconstructed by the pump house forms an opposite relationship and becomes a landscape architecture. The Sanjiangkou Vibrant District can also be used as a square to provide locals with a place for public gatherings. It can also host music festivals, theater festivals and other activities to form public exchanges.
