ARCHITECT'S ARCHITECTURAL EVENT

由aoe事建组策划的一场沙龙活动将于一个月后的2019年10月7日星期一下午在Roca北京艺术廊举办. 这是一场关于中国建筑实践现状的文化交流活动，主题为“建筑师的建筑事件”，邀请到一些目前活跃在一线的建筑师以及跨界建筑师作为嘉宾进行交流和分享，嘉宾涵盖跟建筑活动相关的多个类型的建筑师，目的是让大众更真实的了解中国的建筑实践现状和工作状况以及建筑师通过作品对社会责任的理解和实践.

A salonevent planned by the aoe architects will be held at the Roca Beijing Gallery onthe afternoon of October 7th, 2019. This is a cultural exchange event on thestatus quo of Chinese architectural practice in China with the theme "Architect’sArchitectural Events". aoe architects invites 5 architects andcross-border architects who are currently active in the front line ofarchitectural related practice to exchange and share ideas as guests. The guests cover various types of architects related to architectural activities,with the aim of making the public understand the status quo and workingconditions of China's architectural practice and the understanding and practiceof architects' social responsibility through works.

活动包括10月7日的分享沙龙以及10月8日至10月15日的aoe事建组建筑实践展两部分. 我们希望借此契机全方位的展示建筑与城市以及与大众的关系，同时现场会有建筑师现场互动及真实的沉浸式办公环境以帮助大众更真实的感受建筑师的工作. 我们希望能为不断提升中国的人居环境的品质而尽一份自己的力量.

The activities include thesharing salon on October 7th and the aoe architects’s exhibition of selectedworks during past three years from October 8th to October 15th, 2019. We hope to take this opportunity to showcase the relationship between architecture,city and the public in all orientations. There will be an interactive and realimmersive office environment in the gallery to help the public feel the working process and environment of thearchitects more realistically. We hope to contribute ourself to continuouslyimprove the quality of China's human settlements.

帝都绘是一个年轻的根植于北京的设计工作室，致力于关于城市的研究、设计和公众传播。工作室的项目涵盖图解、绘本、地图、独立研究等多种类型。帝都绘希望通过信息设计探究并解释城市，从而让更多人认识并理解自己生活的地方。

We are a young design studio rooted in Beijing and dedicated to research, design and public communication in this city. The projects of our studio cover diagrams, picture books, maps, independent research etc. We want to explore and explain the city through information design. Thus, more people can understand the city they live.

Slash Space —— New Public Space in City

2016年以联合创始人的身份创立了“好处MeetBest”，城市新公共空间品牌。创立三年多，“好处”已拓展为拥有40余处共享空间的城市网络，为企业、组织和个人承载了近四千场多元文化社交场景。

2019年以创始合伙人的身份创立“得当DedangDesign”设计品牌，致力于在城市更新领域创造“场景的容器”，以实现多场景切换的复合式空间，从内容和场景出发激活城市存量空间。

In 2016, as the co-founder, he founded the “MeetBest”, the new public space brand. Over 3 years, “MeetBest” has expanded into a network of more than 40 shared spaces, carrying nearly 4,000 multicultural social scenes for businesses, organizations and individuals.

In 2019, he founded the “DedangDesign” design brand as a founding partner, and created a “scene container ” in the field of urban renewal to realize a multi-scene switching complex space, and activate the city stock space from the content and scene.

New Urban Scale

VARY 几里设计是一家国际新锐设计事务所，是专注城市尺度综合设计的有限责任公司。主要致力于城市发展和更新过程中区域、建筑、景观和室内等多领域跨尺度的创新设计和和批判性研究。创始合伙人齐帆本科毕业于浙江大学建筑学学士，后获得美国宾夕法尼亚大学区域规划与景观建筑学硕士。现为哈佛大学学科导师与副研究员。他主要将城市更新理论与实践相结合，关注于内地的城市更新项目。

VARY is an international prominent architecture firm which focusing on comprehensive design of the city scale. It focuses on multi-disciplinary innovative design and critical research in the areas of urban development and renewal, including regional, architectural, landscape and indoor. Founding partner Qi graduated from Zhejiang University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and later obtained a Master's degree in Regional Planning and Landscape Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. He is currently a subject instructor and associate researcher at Harvard University. He mainly combines urban renewal theory with practice and focuses on urban renewal projects in the Mainland.
