Experience & Qualifications: • Professional degree and post-graduation professional work experience. • Proven track record of working on concept design to design development stages of commercial, cultural or hospitality projects (Please be specific about your role on these projects in your portfolio). • Strong design and graphics skills and excellent physical model-making skills . • Knowledge of local building and land use codes and regulatory requirements. • A strong team player with positive energy and is reliable with a sense of responsibility. • Be able to keep up with the fast paced work environment and deal with obstacles and tight deadlines with a positive attitude; able to prioritize and multi-task when be required. • Strong communication skills, an ability to accelerate the communication and efficiency. • Bilingual Chinese English is an advantage. • Strong knowledge of common design and layout software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, Adobe suits, Enscape, Lumion etc. 任职资格： 1. 建筑相关专业本科及以上学历，毕业后拥有专业工作经验； 2. 有公建或文化艺术类项目经历（请在作品集中说明所任职务及工作内容）； 3. 具备很强的设计及图形能力，出色的模型制作能力； 4. 了解行业规范、土地使用规范； 5. 乐于团队合作，积极乐观，忠实可靠，认真负责； 6. 能够适应高速的工作环境，高质高效地完成所分配的工作；必要时，可兼顾完成多项任务。 7. 具有很强的沟通技巧，能够把握事务所立场进行合理有效的沟通； 8. 同时具备流利的中英文沟通能力（口语及书写）将获优先考虑； 9. 精通常用的设计、排版软件，如：AutoCAD，SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe套件等。
