Experience & Qualifications: • Post-graduation professional work experience. • Proven track record of rendering production (Please be specific about your role on these projects in your portfolio). • Strong sense of aesthetics, design and graphic skills and excellent 3D modelling skills. • A strong team player with positive energy and is reliable with a sense of responsibility. Physical strength and mental strength with high motivation. • Be able to keep up with the fast paced work environment and deal with obstacles and tight deadlines with a positive attitude; able to prioritize and multi-task when be required. • Strong communication skills, an ability to accelerate the communication and efficiency. • Bilingual Chinese English is an advantage. • Excellent skills in Rhino/ SketchUp（Grasshopper or relevance）, 3D Max/V-ray，Photoshop，AI and relevant software. 任职资格： 1.拥有专业渲染工作经验； 2. 优秀的效果图制作及渲染能力（请在作品集中说明所任职务及工作内容）； 3. 具备很强的艺术审美、设计及图形能力，出色的3D建模能力； 4. 乐于团队合作，积极乐观，忠实可靠，认真负责；热爱设计，富于激情，拥有优秀的身体素质与心理素质； 5. 能够适应高速的工作环境，高质高效地完成所分配的工作；必要时，可兼顾完成多项任务。 6. 具有很强的沟通技巧，能够把握事务所立场进行合理有效的沟通； 7. 同时具备流利的中英文沟通能力（口语及书写）将获优先考虑； 8. 熟练使用Rhino/ SketchUp（Grasshopper等各种相关插件）, 3D Max/V-ray，Photoshop，AI等各类建筑渲染相关软件以及其插件。
