职责说明
任职资格： 1. Possess a Bachelor’s or higher degree in architecture or relevant major; 2-5 years of professional practice, and possess very strong design abilities, self-motivated and a valuable team player; 建筑学或相关专业本科以上学历，2-5年实际工程经验，有高度的创作热情及优秀的设计能力，并具备较强的领导能力和团队精神； 2. Ability to initiate and develop conceptual design ideas within a group or as design team leader; 能和设计团队一起或者是在最小的设计团队下独立发起并发展深化概念设计; 3. Possess creative and organizational skills to prepare high quality design presentations; 有一定创造力和组织能力，能准备高质量的设计文本; 4. Experience in all project phases and understanding of building materials and techniques according to the regulations in China; 有各个设计阶段的工作经验，熟悉中国的建筑规范，理解建筑材料和工艺技术的运用; 5.Experience in all phases of document production, with an aesthetic approach to detail; 有各个设计阶段的文本准备工作经验，拥有细节审美能力; 6. Proficient in Rhino, , Sketch-up, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), AutoCAD and other professional software; 熟练应用Rhino, Sketch-up, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), AutoCad 等专业软件；
