职位描述 1、负责把控人力及行政信息智能化产品的设计风格； 2、参与部分产品的设计，负责对产品结构、流程、功能、界面、用户体验、交互功能等，完成整个产品原型设计、流程/界面设计等落地工作 3、关注产品功能点数据变化，并做出用户运营策略调整； 4、时刻分析监控流行产品设计趋势，研究目标用户审美倾向并优化现有产品。 职位要求： 1、3年以上的互联网或移动互联网设计经验，熟悉Web、iOS、Android设计规则； 2、能高效理解产品和交互设计思路，敏锐判断视觉设计的可行性； 3、对前沿设计探索感兴趣，自我驱动力强，能用设计效果准确表达想法； 4、精通 Photoshop、AI 、Sketch、Axure等设计软件
