工作内容 Responsibilities 1. 参与建筑设计项目工作，包括项目概念发展，模型制作，手绘草图，电脑绘图以及文本排版； Involved in architectural projects, including project concept development, model making, hand-drawn sketches, computer graphics, and text layout; 2. 对于经验丰富的候选人，同时还需要负责客户关系管理，团队管理，项目管理以及对于高难度技术问题的解决。 Candidates with more experience are also accountable for client management, team management, project management and complex problem solving of technical issues. 职位需求 Requirements 1. 全日制建筑学或相关专业本科及以上学历； Bachelor degree or above, major in Architecture or equivalent; 2. 具有2年以上建筑设计相关经验； With more than 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design; 3. 能熟练使用AUTOCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite(包括Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)，会使用3D Studio Max, Rhino或其他3D软件者优先。能熟练操作常用计算机办公软件； Proficient in AUTOCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite(including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat). 3D Studio Max, Rhino or other 3D software is an advantage. Good command of Microsoft Office; 4. 优秀的2D和3D手绘技能； Excellent hand-drawn 2D and 3D skills; 5. 学习能力强，具有创新意识，工作积极上进； With learning ability, a sense of innovation and self-motivated; 6. 良好的英语阅沟通能力； Good command of English in writing, speaking and listening; 7. 具有良好的动手能力，能够有创意地进行工作模型（实体模型）制作； With good hands-on skill with innovation in model-make; 8. 具备良好的人际沟通能力，有团队合作精神。 Excellent interpersonal (team oriented) communication skills.
