职责说明
任职资格： 1. Possess a Bachelor’s or higher degree in architecture or relevant major; 5-8 years of professional practice, and possess very strong design abilities, self-motivated and a valuable team player; 建筑学或相关专业本科以上学历，5-8年实际工程经验，有高度的创作热情及优秀的设计能力，并具备较强的领导能力和团队精神； 2. Require extensive past working experience. 具有丰富的工作经验。 3.Possess excellent visualization skills and experiences in projects of difference scales;具有扎实的专业设计基础，掌握建筑各专业相关知识，有参加大中型项目方案设计的经验; 4. Familiarity with Chinese policy and regulations, planning applications and procedure; 熟悉建筑、结构设计及验收规范，熟悉国家、行业规范、强制性标准条文及法律、法规文件，并能独立完成设计项目; 5. Fluency in written and oral Chinese and English; 具有良好的中英文口头及书面表达能力; 6. Proficiency required in the following software programs: Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft. Additional knowledge in Grasshopper, Revit and Ecotec is a plus. 精通Rhino, Sketch-up, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), AutoCad等专业软件, 能熟练掌握Grasshopper, Revit, Ecotec等更佳。
