Sufficient background analysis and design analysis techniques. 1. 城市规划专业本科及以上学位，具有8年以上工作经验（具有注册城市规划师证）； 2. 熟悉国家城市规划专业设计规范及建筑设计项目的操作流程，创意能力强。有独立完成区域城市规划项目工作经验者或曾主持地市级以上城市或区域的城市规划项目的优先； 3. 英语或法语优秀者优先（需要口语即时翻译及书面文件撰写）； 4. 电脑技能，必须会使用Adobe软件、AutoCAD、Office软件，3D技能优先。 1. Bachelor degree or above in urban planning, with more than 8 years of working experience (certified planner) 2. Familiar with the national urban planning professional design specification and the operation process of architectural design project, with strong creative ability. Have the prior experience of completing the regional urban planning project or the urban planning project in the city or region above the city level 3. English or French excellence is preferred (required oral translation and written documentation) 4.
