职责说明
Job description: --Understand brands identity and projects requirements --Understand United Strangers brand design style and create suitable products. --Work with boss to define the creative direction and deliver the concepts to PD and marketing teams. --Work closely with PD team for new products development --Control visual style and provide good taste environment images for social media --scheduling whole year new product design, develop, marketing and social media, and control the overall situation. --Lead and guide designers in the team --Manage projects: planning, design, execution, etc. ——了解品牌标识和项目要求 ——了解United Strangers品牌设计风格，创造适合自己的产品。 ——与老板一起确定创意方向，并将创意传达给PD和marketing团队。 ——与开发团队紧密合作，进行新产品的开发 ——控制视觉风格，为社交媒体提供有品位的环境图像 ——规划全年新产品设计、开发、营销、社交媒体，把握全局。 ——领导和指导团队中的设计师 ——管理项目:计划、设计、执行等 Requirements --Great taste and design sense --Highly creative and knowledgeable in furniture industry --More than 10 years in product design, 3+years in furniture design. Bachelor degree or above, product design major is prefer. --Skillful in all kinds of softwares, eg: Adobe Photoshop, AI, CAD, 3D max, Sketchup, Solidworks, etc. --Capable of handing directions and constructive feedbacks --extreme attention in detail and good project and time management skills --Good sense of design trends, social trends and market best practices --English speaking and writing are necessary. --Work place: Gaoming, Foshan, Guangdong ——极好的品味和设计感 ——富有创造力和丰富的家具知识 ——10年以上产品设计经验，3年以上家具设计经验。本科及以上学历，产品设计专业优先。 ——熟练使用各类软件，如:Adobe Photoshop, AI, CAD, 3D max, Sketchup, Solidworks等。 ——能够处理指导和建设性的反馈 ——高度关注细节，具有良好的项目和时间管理能力 ——对设计趋势、社会趋势和市场最佳实践有良好的判断力 ——英语口语和写作是必要的。 ——工作地点:广东佛山高明
