Experience & Qualifications: • Professional degree and at least 5 years in a leading, international architecture firm, including 3 years on business, sales or marketing. • Knowledge of architectural design, interior design and masterplan; familiar with design process and operational process. • Excellent communication and coordination skills; with an ability to accelerate the communication and efficiency between clients, collaborators, consultants, and partners. Customer resources are preferred. • A good team player which has a strong capacity to develop and coordinate strategies to ensure the team reaches the goals and high-quality levels of production required to meet project milestones. • Strong contract management ability, can effectively carry out contract negotiation, writing, signing, etc., can control the progress and execution of the contract, and ensure the risk control. • Highly organized and efficient, able to multi-task through tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Positive energy, can withstand the pressure of work, adapt to the rhythm of business trips. • Proficient in Mandarin and English (written and spoken). • Highly skilled in common edit and layout software: Adobe suits and Office suits, etc. 任职资格: 1. 相关专业本科及以上学历,拥有至少5年国际一流建筑事务所工作经验,3年以上相关商务或市场工作经验; 2. 掌握建筑、室内及规划设计项目的专业知识,熟悉设计流程及运作流程; 3. 极佳的协调沟通能力,能够把握事务所立场合理有效的和业主及其他合作方沟通,具备一定的客户资源优先; 4. 具备团队合作精神,能够统筹协作并激励团队成员高质高效地完成项目要求; 5. 具备较强的合同管理能力,能够有效地进行合同谈判、编写、签订等工作,可以控制合同进度及执行,确保对合同风险的把控; 6. 能够在高速的工作环境中,同时兼顾完成多项任务。
