职责说明
工作职责 协助配合空间主案设计师完成全套施工图绘制；参与项目施工现场的配合与交涉；必要时需跟踪施工现场进行图纸整改，解决施工难点；协助配合在各项材料及项目进度上跟进。 你的条件 -建筑、环艺、室内设计等相关专业学历背景，至少3年以上建筑设计或装饰施工图绘制经验； -精通AutoCAD及SketchUp软件，熟练工程设计标准和各项要求，能独立完成项目施工图工作； -熟悉施工图制作流程，能够把控不同空间尺度及常用采用工艺；施工经验丰富，了解材料及设计概算方面的知识； -出色的理解和沟通能力，团队协作及解决问题的能力； -较强的责任心和敬业精神，能够承受较大工作压力。 RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the construction drawing design and on-site supervision for any interior design (retail store) project. QUALIFICATIONS： -Background of architecture or environmental design. At least 3 years of full-time design working experience of construction drawing design; -Highly proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp. Strong professional skills, capable of completing preliminary design and construction drawing design independently; -Passionate about pursing the artistry of interior design project, and highly proficient with materials and construction techniques; rich experience in costing of materials and constructions; -Good sense of problem solving and teamwork. -Highly responsible and can work under pressure.
