AUD Design Consulting Inc. 的前身Fringe Architecture & Research于2003年成立于洛杉矶。目前已成长为一家涵盖建筑设计、城市设计、区域规划、室内设计与标识设计的全球化设计型事务所。创始人郭驽先生和Drone Iyangar先生的初衷是为整合南加州地区建筑业界及学界的资源，以应对当今不同国家与地区的高速城市化与规模发展的设计挑战。AUD的专业设计与咨询服务覆盖了城市综合体、商业、办公、酒店、文旅及度假产品、高端住宅等面向公众需求的多个领域。作品分布于北美、东亚、印度次大陆、以及太平洋诸岛等，中国地区的作品则散见于多个大中型城市。AUD所完成的设计与建成作品日渐获得建筑界同行的认可，并屡次获得世界级重要奖项。
The predecessor of AUD, Fringe Architecture & Research founded in Los Angeles in 2003. It has grown into a global design firm covering architectural design, urban design, regional planning, interior design and logo design.
The original intention of the founders, Mr Guo Nu and Mr Drone Iyangar, is to integrate the resources of the construction industry and academic circles in Southern California to meet the design challenges of high-speed urbanisation and scale development in different countries and regions. AUD’s professional design and consulting services cover a wide range of areas for urbanisation needs, including urban mixed-use, retail design, office building, hospitality, and high-end residential. His works distributed in North America, East Asia, Indian Subcontinent, Pacific Islands and mainly in the Chinese large and medium-sized cities. The designs and constructions completed by AUD have been recognised by the industry peers and has won numerous world-class awards.
