1. 具有出色的沟通与汇报能力 2. 具有城市设计/建筑/景观/室内本科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验，参与过完整的实际项目管理，熟悉建筑规范 3. 在专业技术图纸和技术信息上具备丰富经验，具备全面与甲方、合作伙伴的协调能力以及迅速反应问题和制定解决方案能力 4. 具有优秀城市设计/建筑/景观/室内事务所工作经验者优先，中英文俱佳者优先 1. Excellent communication and reporting skills 2. Bachelor degree or above in Urban Design/Architecture/Landscape/Interior, more than 5 years working experience, participated in complete practical project management, familiar with building codes. 3. Have rich experience in professional technical drawings and technical information, and have the ability to coordinate with Party A and partners in an all-round way, as well as the ability to quickly respond to problems and formulate solutions. 4. Excellent working experience in urban design/architecture/landscape/interior office is preferred, and excellent English and Chinese are preferred.
