职责说明
城市设计师 | 北京 1、城市设计或相关专业本科及以上学历，有大、中型城市规划项目经验； 2、根据项目的技术要求，开发城市设计、规划概念，并用图像清晰地表达； 3、独立地评估、选择、应用城市设计技术与标准，负责图纸施工文件的修正； 4、负责面向客户的演讲与报告等材料，参加公司现有的项目或目标项目的内部及外部会议，参与制定项目的预算和日程计划； 5、较强的对内和对外的沟通能力和团队合作精神； Senior Urban Designer | Beijing 1、Bachelor’s degree in Urban Design or Master’s degree is highly preferred; 2、Develop urban design and planning concepts and translate them into clear and compelling graphic images; 3、Evaluate, select, and apply standard urban design techniques, procedures and criteria; 4、Being responsible for preparing the documents presented to the clients,participating in internal and external meetings of the new or existing projects 5、Strong sense of responsibility and positive work attitude, good teamwork capability；
