职责说明
建筑设计总监|北京 1、 建筑专业硕士学位，10年以上工作经验，3年以上海外工作经验，担任过大型公共建筑项目主创设计师或负责人； 2、 熟悉设计操作过程，突出的建筑设计能力,有相对系统的工作方法，能够独立或带领团队推进项目各阶段（概念设计、方案设计、深化设计）设计工作，并对工作成果有较高要求； 3、 具有较强的对外沟通能力，熟悉项目流程，能够准确理解业主需求，有效组织团队； 4、 具有丰富的专业知识，协同或指导项目负责人协调技术顾问团队； 5、 工作态度积极，有责任心； 6、 精通中英文双语或有知名事务所工作经历者优先； Design Director | Beijing 1、 Master of Architecture; More than 10 years of working experience; 3 years of oversea experience. 2、 Worked as main design architect or project manager on medium or large -sized public architectural projects； 3、 Highly familiar with general design process; excellent design skills and systematic working methods; high standards of work result; 4、 Strong communication skills in order to understand clients’ needs and lead team effectively; 5、 Enough technical knowledge to coordinate consultants independently or with team members; 6、 Self-motivated and responsible； 7、 Proficiency in both English and Chinese or working experience in reknown firms is a plus.
