职责说明
带领团队完成建筑设计的方案设计到扩初阶段的全部工作, 能够对各阶段的设计成果进行全面的审核，确保设计成果的整体质量。 Make sure all the work will be finished during the process from concept design to development design. Be able to review design of all phases, and ensure the design quality 1. 建筑或规划专业本科或以上学历； 2. 从事本专业设计工作8年以上，要求具备大型设计院工作经验，熟悉项目规范； 3. 具备很强的项目探索能力，为各建筑项目带来极富创意的设计成果； 4. 有很强的项目管理能力和汇报水平； 5. 有团队管理能力及团队建设经验，引领团队发展； 6. 乐于接受新事物并具有创新意识； 7. 具有较强的协调沟通能力，既具有和甲方沟通的丰富经验，具有和其他相关专业及合作单位的协调能力； 8. 良好的英语沟通能力。 1. Bachelor degree or above in architectural or other related studies 2. Engage in the professional design job more than 8 years, working experience in large design institute is required, familiar with project standard 3. Have strong project exploration ability to take creative design result for architectural project 4. Strong capability of project management and high level of reporting 5. Team management skill and team building experience is necessary, develop whole team 6. Be open to new things and innovative 7. Good communication skill, rich experience of cooperation with part A, ability to cooperate with other professional and related units 8.
