职责说明
1. 2-5年左右建筑项目经验（商业，办公，酒店项目经验优先） 2. 良好的沟通能力并适应团队合作设计 3. 能够把控设计进度，并与业主沟通的能力 4. 熟练建模软件（Rhino或SU），会使用Rhino及Grasshopper优先考虑 5. 对渲染软件有一定了解 (Lumion优先) 6. 熟练使用排版与图形制作软件（ID / AI / PS） 7. 有一定的图纸绘制功底（AutoCAD） 8. 会使用基础办公软件（Excel / PowerPoint） 9. 建筑学本科及以上学历 1. Around 2-5 year working experience （Mixed-Use, Office, Hospitality Project experience preferred） 2. Good communication skill and team-work ability. 3. Have ability to control the design schedule, and communicate with the client. 4. Experienced modelling skill (Rhino/Grasshopper is preferred) 5. Basic Rendering Software Skill (Lumion is Preferred) 6. Basic technical drawing skill (Auto CAD) 7. Familiar with following software: Photoshop / Indesign / Illustrator / Excel / PowerPoint 8. Bachelor degree of architecture or above.
