国际方案征集第一名！
莘庄，位于上海闵行主城区中部，同时也是上海几何中心，自从正式成为上海城市副中心以来，发生在这片7.26平方公里土地上的变化总能引来众多关注的目光。作为上海四个主城副中心的莘庄副中心，聚集了大量商业、服务办公、居住和公共服务设施。
Xinzhuang, located in the middle of Minhang district, is also the geometric center of Shanghai. As one of the four major sub-centers in Shanghai, Xinzhuang sub-center gathers a large number of business, office, residential and public service facilities.

2019年6月13日，经过严格的专家遴选，德国AS+P和美国AECOM、英国BDP从六家国际设计单位中“突围”，入选《莘庄主城副中心城市设计国际方案征集》。本次征集研究范围7.26平方公里、重点城市设计4.24平方公里，包括5个重点区域的详细城市设计、产业策划，交通和城市更新两个专题研究。On June 13, 2019, after a rigorous selection of experts, AS+P from Germany, AECOM from the USA and BDP from the UK were selected from six prequalified international design companies to participate the "Xinzhuang Subcenter International Competition for Urban Design". The scope of this study is 7.26 square kilometers and 4.24 square kilometers for key urban design, including 5 key areas for detail design and 2 special studies. 
局部效果图3个月的时间在中外设计师们日夜规划中，眨眼便过。9月26日，本次方案征集的最终专家评审会如期举行，最终德国AS+P幸运胜出，获得此次国际方案征集第一名，并将在吸收整合另外两家参赛单位作品的基础上进一步优化和深化设计方案。After three months hard working, finally, AS+P won the first prize in this international scheme solicitation. The task ahead involves further optimizing and deepening the design scheme by absorbing the competition’s results and integrating the clients suggestions.
